Raspberry Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups frozen raspberries

  • Handful of fresh mint leaves

  • 2 Tbsp honey

  • 1/2 Cup yoghurt

Serves 1
Prep time: 1 hour

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend.

  2. Place in a container and freeze for at least one hour.

  3. When ready to serve leave out for 20 mins to soften slightly and scoop into your Fressko flask.

  4. Enjoy on the go!
