The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Unless otherwise specified in the Details section of the competition.
The competition is not open to employees of made by Fressko Pty. Ltd., their immediate family members, or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of this promotion.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

By submitting an entry, the entrant grants made by Fressko a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce and publish their entry (name and submitted text only) across Fressko's marketing channels, including social media, for the purpose of promoting this competition and announcing the winner.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
The Promotion Period (opening and closing dates and times) will be specified in the Details section. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Fressko reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, or breaches these Terms.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize will be stated in the Details section of the competition.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered in whole or part.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Any difference between the actual value and the stated value of the prize will not be awarded as cash.
The winner is responsible for any costs not explicitly included in a prize (e.g. travel insurance, spending money, transport to/from departure points), and for any tax obligations arising from the prize.
The winner will be notified by email and/or SMS and or direct message ( Instagram/Facebook/TikTok, where applicable) within of the 21 days of the winner being determined.
The winner may also be announced on Fressko's social media channels using the name and entry text provided (See Clause 6)
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, made by Fressko reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select an alternative winner. (See Clause 39)
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any other Social Network.
By entering, entrants acknowledge they are joining the Fressko email database and consent to receive marketing communications from Fressko, and any other brand listed in the competition as a prize contributor.

Luxury Stay Promotion Terms
This promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Entry requires a genuine attempt to answer the prompt. Entries that are blank, incomplete, offensive, defamatory, or that do not respond to the prompt will be deemed invalid and will not be judged
Entrants warrant that their entry is their own original work and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Entries will be judged by a panel from the made by Fressko Social Team
Entries will be assessed against the following criteria, each weighted equally unless otherwise stated: Creativity, emotion, authenticity of tone, and will not be fact-checked for literal truth.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions
Judging will take place within 5 business days of the Promotion Period closing.
The Judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the judging process.
In the event of a tied score, the Judges will select a winner by re-assessing tied entries against creativity / relevance to Fressko's brand values, rather than by random draw or chance.
The winner will be notified by email and/or SMS and or direct message ( Instagram/Facebook/TikTok, where applicable) within 21 days of the winner being determined.

•Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
•Prize not available during Australian Public or National holiday periods or during period 12th December 2026 to 27th January 2027. Not valid March 20th to April 10th , 2027.
•Prize is valid for 12 months from notification of winning. Travel dates must be confirmed within 45 days of notification.
•Car driver must be over 21 years of age and hold valid clean licence. Winner must be 18 years of age or over.
•All elements are subject to availability at time of booking.
•Accommodation is based on 2 people sharing 1 room.
•Winner must provide bank details for EFT. welcome. An adult must accompany all minors under 18
•Tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed). Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time, and they cannot be split across different time periods. Any changes by the winner made to the specified prize package (including travel extensions, additional guests, etc) will be subject to an administration fee of $250 excluding GST, which must be settled in full prior to booking confirmation.
•Individual supplier terms and conditions apply. Once the Prize has been arranged, any changes to the travel, flights, accommodation, or scheduling arrangements are at the expense of the Winner and their travelling companions.
•Flights: Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights. The Winner and travelling companions must travel at the same time and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest Capital City Airport in Australia.
•Airline, flight route, and dates of travel are subject to the promoter’s absolute and final decision.
•Winners and guest travel at their own risk and, if for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster, tampering or computer virus, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
