Orders outside of Australia are shipped via AUS POST INTERNATIONAL OR DHL EXPRESS and are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
Prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. This means as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

No, you cannot put stainless steel in the microwave.
The Fressko filter is the food grade stainless steel device that pops nicely into your Fressko and allows the tasty liquid to pass through the tiny holes without letting any of the pips, leaves or fruits through. It’s what makes a Fressko the most versatile, high quality flask on the market.

This option is not currently available for individual online orders however you can certainly take to your purchase to a local engraver and arrange this.
The quality of a Fressko is visible but you have to know what you are looking for! Fressko’s have an extra thick base and neck for increased durability. We do NOT use chemicals in the making of our flasks so strengthening comes from the thickness and quality of the borosilicate glass. When you look through the base of your Fressko you will see the clarity – clarity means quality. Unfortunately some replicas may look to have a thick base but they have in fact used a method called ‘crystal base’ which means they have used a clear glue to adhere two pieces of glass together to create the thickness. This is not quality. We also use bamboo on our lids – not laminate that looks like bamboo. When you purchase a Flask with the made by Fressko logo you can rest assured that you have made a worthwhile purchase.
We recommend hand washing your Fressko's in warm soapy water and air drying.
However, the glass portion of the glass infuser flasks is safe in your dishwasher.
Please do remember that just like with all glass products, you should always handle with love!
We recommend hand washing our reusable coffee cups in hot soapy water and air drying.
If you prefer to use the dishwasher you can however the seal on the base may come off depending on your dishwashers heat. The heat may also cause markings on the colour coating - this is why we recommend hand washing.
We have designed your Fressko flask to be simple and versatile. It can be conveniently used for all your favourite beverages!
TEA Simply add loose leaf tea or a tea-bag to the long filter and then screw on the short filter. Pop it in the flask, click into place and slowly add boiling water.
FRUIT WATERS Remove the infuser. Add fruit to the flask. Click the short infuser ( no need for the long component here! ) into place, fill with icy water and enjoy!
Wash it after every use using the instructions provided on the package
Do not put it in the Freezer.
If you use Turmeric or other strong ingredients, use a baking soda paste to clean the inside of the lid to avoid discolouration
Remove the seal from inside your lid to regularly wash underneath it.
Do not leave the bamboo wet.
Do not twist the lid on too tight as the pressure could cause a break.
Use it daily and take pride in not contributing to the plastic landfills – WE SALUTE YOU!

It is Australian made, hand blended and 100% organic.
FLASKS - yes. The silicon seal on the inside of the lid is what makes it leakproof. Remember to replace the seal after cleaning.
CUPS - we say our coffee cups are spill proof’ instead of ‘leak proof’ because to be leakproof you need to use the lid according to the instructions ( releasing steam etc ) We cannot control how this lid is used so we say spill proof instead.
If you are concerned that you are using the lid correctly but still having issue there may be a fault with the lid so you can contact customer service to discuss.
Please use discretion when placing your cup in your bag or with valuables.

Returns or refunds apply to the following situations:
Faulty goods: If you have received a flask that is un-usable or faulty, we will offer a full refund including shipping costs. Unsuitable goods: If you believe your item is unsuitable for any other reason, we may offer you a store credit ( at Fressko's discretion ) for the purchase amount – less shipping. If you are requested to return your item it must be returned in an un-used condition.

The Reusable cup lids lids can be used in the dishwasher but we recommend hand washing the cup to prolong the slip proof base.
If you do choose to use a dishwasher keep in mind that any marks on the cup that may occur from extra hot washes or the deterioration of the non-slip base ( in a dishwasher) are not covered under warranty as hand washing is recommended.
Glass - Can be used in the dishwasher but it is glass so handle with care.
Flask Lids - We recommend hand washing and air drying. Bamboo cannot go in the dishwasher and should not be left wet. Towel dry after each wash.
