Chilli Hot Chocolate

Chilli Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of milk of your choice

  • 100g of dark chocolate, chopped

  • 1/3 of a long red chilli, sliced

  • Pinch of Salt

Method

  1. Heat the milk and chilli in a small pot over low-medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Set aside for 5 minutes to infuse the chilli a little more.

  3. Strain milk to remove chilli pieces. Add milk back to the pot with chopped chocolate and a pinch of salt.

  4. Bring to medium heat and whisk to incorporate chocolate until smooth.

    Pour into your Glass Infuser Flask  - ENJOY
