Ingredients
1 cup frozen cubed sweet potato
1 frozen banana
1 cup almond milk
1 1/2 tablespoon almond butter
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Method
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until well combined.
If necessary, add more almond milk to thin out.
Pour into your Glass Infuser Flask.
