  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup unhulled tahini
  • 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 200mL almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)


Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Add to flask, top with almond milk if flask is not filled to top.
