We know shipping costs are not what you want to spend your money on so we have capped our prices at these rates. This means that it doesn’t matter how many flasks you purchase in your order, you will only pay the capped rate applicable to your shipping address. So get your friends in on a purchase and split the cost. That’s what friends are for, right?
If there is a delay with your order that we are aware of, we will try and let you know ASAP. Please let us know if your order has taken longer than 4 days and we can track the delivery for you. As with all freight, including post, delays can unfortunately occur but from our side we try and be as efficient as possible.
What is made by Fressko’s Return & Refund Policy?
Returns on Faulty Goods are accepted within 7 days of your original purchase being received and must be advised in writing.
Fressko will cover the shipping fees for the replacement of an item presenting a quality / manufacturing issue once a Warranty Claim has been accepted.
You need to fill in the claim form on the WARRANTY page with a copy of your invoice and reason for return. Once your claim has been approved our customer service department will contact you and advise refund options.
Returns, refunds or credits apply to the following situations:
Faulty goods: If you have received a flask that is un-usable or faulty, we will offer a full refund including shipping costs.
Unsuitable goods: If you have ordered the wrong colour or size, we may offer you a store credit ( at Fressko's discretion ) for the purchase amount – less shipping.
If you are requested to return your item it must be returned in an un-used condition and shipping is at the customers expense.
Refunds are not given for change of mind.
HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN:
Please contact customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be issued with a shipping label and a return authorisation form that MUST be included in your return parcel.
