Cardamom Milk


  • 250mL cups of milk of your choice
  • 2 Cardamom pods, crushed
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)


1. In a small pot, add milk and cardamom. (Add honey, if using.)

2. Bring to a simmer and whisk to combine. 

3. Reduce the temperature to low and simmer for a further 2 minutes.

4. Pour into your Insulated Fressko thermos or cup of choice, straining the cardamom pods through the 2-in-one infuser, then remove.

5. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top.

6. Enjoy!

Note: Adjust the amount of cardamom to your own taste.
