- 1 frozen chopped small banana
- 1 and 1/2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 2 pitted medjool dates (chopped)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Optional extras:
- 1 scoop chocolate vegan protein powder
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 handful spinach
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into your flask and enjoy.
