Ginger Spice

INGREDIENTS

  • 250ml almond mylk
  • 1/4 cup sweet potato puree ( canned or home made )
  • 2 tsp spice blend ( ginger, turmeric ) we used Golden Grind
  • 1 frozen banana ( small )
  • 1tsp honey or maple syrup

Add all ingredients to the blender.

Blend until smooth.

Add ice if the banana was not frozen. Pop into LIFT flask. Enjoy.

To make SWEET POTATO PUREE
  • Take 1/4 cup diced and peeled sweet potato.
  • Boil unto soft.
  • Place in blender and blend until smooth.
