Bircher Muesli with Apple & Banana


3/4 cup of whole oats
1/2 an apple, cut into matchsticks
1 tbsp of sunflower seeds
1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds
1⁄4 tsp of ground cinnamon
2 tbsp of flaked almonds
1/3 cup of orange juice
1/2 a medium banana, sliced


  1. Put the oats, apple, seeds, cinnamon and almonds in a bowl and add the orange juice. Toss to combine well.

  2. Cover and chill for 2 hours.

  3. Spoon into your Glass Infuser Flask and top with the sliced banana. Add more flaked almonds if you like.

  4. Enjoy!

Note: You can make the night before and leave overnight for a ready to go

morning breakfast.
