Returns and refunds

We are happy to offer a return or refund in the following situations:

  1. Faulty goods: If you have received a flask that is un-usable or faulty, we will offer a full refund including shipping costs.
  2. Unsuitable goods: If you believe your flask is unsuitable for any other reason, we will offer you a store credit for the purchase amount – less shipping. You must claim this store credit within 14 days of receiving your order, and you must return your flask in an un-used condition.

We are proud of our flasks, and know you’ll be impressed by the high quality of our production. This is why we are happy to offer a 12 month manufacturing warranty.

 

CLAIMING UNDER WARRANTY

If you need to organise a return or refund on your flask, you’ll need to fill in our claim form which is found below and a customer service representative will be in touch within 72 hours.

  • Material Issues
  • Workmanship Issue
  • Defective Products

 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

  •  Normal Wear & Tear
  •  Accidental Damage (eg: a dropped product)
  •  Product Misuse & Improper Care
  •  Cleaning Related issues
