  • 1/3 cup diced pear
  • 1/4 cup diced fennel
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • Juice of half a lemon


Add pear, fennel, cinnamon and honey to a small saucepan with 1 cup of water. Cover, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. Turn off heat and pour the contents into your Fressko flask. Top up with hot water as necessary and add the short infuser (this will hold the bits and pieces in as you drink). Allow to cool and infuse for a few minutes. Replenish with hot water for a second infusion once you’ve finished the first flask.
