Ingredients

  • 250mL Almond Milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 2 fresh pitted dates *optional / to sweeten
  • 1 scoop (33g) of The Super Elixir Nourishing Protein (Australian vanilla, organic sprouted brown rice & pea protein)

Method

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Add to flask, top with almond milk if flask is not full.
