- 1 cup cooked and frozen pumpkin cubes (best prepared the day before)
- 1 frozen chopped small banana
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice or 3/4 tsp Allspice and 1/4 tsp ground ginger
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into your flask and enjoy.
