- 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
- Handful of fresh mint leaves, torn
- Half a lime, cut into wedges
- 300ml water, sparkling or still
- Handful of ice
Add sweetener to your flask with a tablespoon of warm water and stir to dissolve. Add mint, squeeze in juice from lime and add squeezed wedges to the flask. Add ice and top with still or sparkling water. Pop in the top infuser, add lid and agitate. Allow to infuse for a few minutes and enjoy!
