- 1 1/2 cups of plant based milk
- 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 frozen zucchini
- 1/4 small avocado
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
- (optional) 1/2 - 1 serve of vanilla protein powder
