- 250ml Almond Mylk
- 1/4 Cup Sweet Potato Puree ( canned or home made )
- 2 tsp Spice Blend ( ginger, turmeric ) we used Golden Grind
- 1 Frozen banana ( small )
- 1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup
Add all ingredients to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add ice if the banana was not frozen.
To make SWEET POTATO PUREE
- Take 1/4 cup diced and peeled sweet potato.
- Boil unto soft.
- Place in blender and blend until smooth.
