  • 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 2cm piece of fresh ginger, thinly sliced
  • Small handful of fresh mint leaves
  • Filtered Water


Rub mint leaves on a choppping board with hand, to bruise.

Add mint to flask with the ginger and lemon.

Add the short infuser and fill with filtered water.

Allow to infuse.
