- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 banana
- 300ml almond milk
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cacao nibs
Blend all ingredients (except cacao nibs) in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Add cacao nibs, pulse blender twice. Add to TOUR or LIFT flask, top with almond milk if flask is not full.
