- 1 cup sliced strawberries frozen
- 1/4 cup cashews (raw)
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk of choice
- 1 tsp maple syrup or Manuka honey
- Ice cubes
Add all ingredient to a blender and blitz.
Half fill 2 flasks with ice cubes.
Pour in the mixture from the blender into flasks.
