Berry and Chia Smoothie
- 50 grams of fresh or frozen blueberries
- 50 grams of fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup dairy-free yoghurt
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz.
Add to a chilled Fressko flask, and enjoy!
