Berry and Chia Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 grams of fresh or frozen blueberries 
  • 50 grams of fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup dairy-free yoghurt

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz. 

Add to a chilled Fressko flask, and enjoy!
