Banana + Nut Butter Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 frozen banana
1 tbsp natural nut butter of choice
3/4 cups of unsweetened almond milk
½ cup coconut water
1tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flax seed oil
1 tsp maple syrup (if desired)

METHOD

Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz.
