Poosh Protein-Packed Smoothie

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 1 cup raw spinach
  • 1 heaping tablespoon cashew butter
  • ¼ frozen banana
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1 handful of ice

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 

Add to 2 flasks.
