Matcha Maiden, Almond and Banana Breakfast Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of almonds, soaked in water overnight
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Matcha Maiden powder
  • 4 dates
  • ½ cup chilled water


Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Add to RISE flask, top with water (or almond milk if you have it) if flask is not full.
