Mango + Ginger Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1- 2 mango cheeks
  • 1- 2 tsp finely grated ginger ( micro plane)
  • 2- 3 TBS Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 1- 2 tsp LSA ( linseed, sunflower, almond )
  • 250mls Almond Milk
  • 2- 3 ice cubes

METHOD

Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz.

Add more almond milk if desired.

Enjoy cold, in your TOUR flask.
