- 2 cups Almond Milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground turmeric powder (*or 2cm fresh if available)
- ½ Tsp Ground Ginger
- 2 Cinnamon quills
- Tbsp of Coconut Oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp honey
METHOD:Place all ingredients in a small saucepan.
Heat, stirring frequently, until warm but not boiling.
Let infuse for 2-3 minutes.
Strain into a Fressko Flask.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
*Note: if you have fresh turmeric available to you, add 2 cm piece, chopped.
