Coconut, Banana + Blueberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
  • 250ml coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp honey

METHOD

Blend all ingredients in a blender of food processor until smooth.

Add to your flask and enjoy!
