What is AfterPay?

Available to Australian customers only, Afterpay lets you pay for your order in 4 equal fortnightly installments. Interest FREE!

To use AfterPay, all you need is:

• A debit or credit card
• To be over 18 years of age
• To live in Australia
• Visa or MasterCard (please note AMEX is not accepted)

How does AfterPay work?

Simply select the Afterpay (Pay Fortnightly) option at checkout. You will be redirected to a secure Afterpay checkout page where you will be instantly approved. Nominate the debit card or credit card you want to use and let Afterpay take care of the rest. That’s it! Your order will be delivered instantly just like a normal order and Afterpay will remind you when future payments are due.

Never used AfterPay before?

If you’re a new AfterPay user, your first payment will be deducted in full at the time of purchase. After that, you’ll no longer be considered a “new” AfterPay user and payment on your next order will be deducted in 4 equal fortnightly installments.

Shipping info

All AfterPay orders are processed and shipped as usual, so there’s no wait time on orders.

Afterpay Returns?

Returns are available to Afterpay customers. Within Afterpay, you have the option to return one or all of your items for a full refund. If you return your items before your first Afterpay payment is due you have the option to cancel the entire payment plan which means you pay nothing.

If you have purchased multiple items but only wish to return certain items and keep your favourites this is still fine! We’ll just remove the items you have returned from your Afterpay payment plan.

Your original instalment amounts will remain the same and your final payment/s will be less or cancelled depending on the return amount.

You can log in to your AfterPay account to view your updated payment schedule at any time.
